In the first stage, the preparatory phase, we will discuss your business objectives with you and, after thorough analysis, prepare a suitable legal and fiscal concept for your foreign operation. This includes defining its business purpose, determining its financial requirements and examining the relevant business processes.
Our work in this phase is free of charge and non-binding.
Setup and Implementation
In the subsequent phase we assist you in establishing your foreign operation and its organisational structure, and in setting up the administrative and accounting system. We will also help you in areas such as preparing contracts and general terms and conditions, as well as in the recruitment of staff.
InterGest will implement its administrative services according to your requirements. Our clients of course have access to their current data and business processes at any given time.
